Administrative Assistant
Hawley Troxell is seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Coeur d’Alene office. Must have general clerical experience, strong technology skills, and be detail oriented with superior organizational skills. Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not required. This position works directly with staff, attorneys, and clients answering phones and greeting clients, calendaring appointments and deadlines, and other general clerical duties. Litigation Paralegal
Hawley Troxell, a 100+ attorney law firm, is actively seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal in our Boise Office to work within a busy workers’ compensation practice. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver results, and maintain quality while working under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Duties/Responsibilities:

- Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects
- Drafts legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures
- Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys
- Interviews clients and witnesses and prepares summaries of their statements
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items
- Assists attorneys with trial preparation, which may include attending trials and hearings
- Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Help Desk Specialist
Hawley Troxell, a 100 attorney law firm, is seeking a full-time Help Desk Specialist to support end users in all office locations in Idaho and Washington from our Boise office. This may include assisting end users with solving technical and hardware problems using a ticketing system, software and hardware training, and working with vendors. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of IT help desk experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, train end users, and organize a busy workload. Must possess a strong knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, basic hardware knowledge and experience troubleshooting software incompatibilities, and have experience connecting peripheral components, with PC hardware issues and upgrades. Document Specialist
Hawley Troxell, a 100 attorney law firm, is seeking a full-time Document Specialist in our Boise Office. This position provides the firm’s needs for scanning, printing, duplication, and copying of business-related documents. Duties include a daily wipe down of copiers and printers, stocking and cleaning each copier area, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and submitting maintenance tickets when needed, Copy Center inventory management and ordering of new supplies, IT inventory tracking, and PC updates. On-the-job training provided. No experience required. Hours are M-F, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis is necessary. EOE.
