Marketing/Business Development Specialist – Spokane
Hawley Troxell, a 100 attorney law firm, is seeking a full-time Marketing and Business Development Specialist to support three locations in Yakima, Coeur d’Alene, and Spokane. This position will be based in the Spokane office and will work closely with the firm’s marketing and business development manager and attorneys to enhance the firm’s reputation, visibility, and reach.
The successful candidate will be engaged in all firmwide marketing and business development activities, including but not limited to practice planning and development, brand management, marketing technology, digital strategy, marketing communications (internal and external), creative design, event support, sponsorship management, media relations, research, and budgeting.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a degree in either Marketing, Communication, or Event Planning is preferred but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, WordPress, email marketing and client management software. Requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize and organize a busy workload.

Hawley Troxell is seeking a full-time Practice Support Clerk to provide filing and records management support to the assigned legal admin assistants in our Boise office. This position will create files, orderly and efficiently file physical and electronic records, maintain pleading books, and other projects as assigned. Runner – Boise
Hawley Troxell is seeking a Runner for our Boise office who is responsible for routing all incoming and outgoing mail, delivering documents to area businesses and courts, as well as other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Basic computer skills, proof of valid driver’s license, and an excellent driving record are required. The qualified candidate must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize a busy workload. Must have access to reliable transportation and knowledge of Boise streets and surrounding areas. Full-time and/or Part-time options available. The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis is necessary.
