Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
At Hawley Troxell, we are committed to creating and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. We define diversity to include — but not limited to — differences by race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, work and life status, ethnic origin, culture, spiritual beliefs and practices, age, physical and mental ability, and veteran status.
Our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion supports inclusive policies and programs that attract, develop, engage, and retain the best talent. We demonstrate leadership and commitment through our interactions in the workplace and with our clients. We strive to leverage differences to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients while tapping into the innovation and creativity that comes from diverse perspectives. The spirit of diversity and inclusion is demonstrated in our behaviors – the way we interact with each other and conduct our business.
