Bailey Ruhm joins Hawley Troxell

Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorney Bailey Ruhm has joined the firm as an associate in the Banking, Creditor Rights & Bankruptcy, and Litigation practice areas in Boise. Bailey received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2025 and her B.S.W. magna cum laude in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of Vermont in 2020.

During law school, Bailey served as a Junior Editor of the Law and Psychology Review and as Treasurer of the Alabama Anti-Trafficking Legal Advocacy Society. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law II and Civil Procedure.

Bailey has volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of New Hampshire and has been a DREAM Mentoring Program board member since 2021.

Prior to rejoining Hawley Troxell in 2025, Bailey served as a Judicial Intern for U.S. District Judge Paul Barbadoro and U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrea Johnstone of the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, before going on to complete the 2024 Hawley Troxell Summer Associate program.
