Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorney Jamie Moon has rejoined the firm as partner in the Litigation practice group and Co-Chair of the Workers’ Compensation practice group.
Jamie focuses her practice in the area of workers’ compensation for employers, commercial litigation, and employment law. She defends employers and sureties at all stages of workers’ compensation matters and represents employers in employment defense for federal and state administrative agencies, affirmative action compliance, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Jamie is a member of Idaho Women Lawyers, the Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV), and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has been honored as Idaho Business Review’s Leaders in Law – Associates in 2018 and has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2018.
Jamie earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Willamette University College of Law in 2014 and was Editor-in-Chief of Willamette Law Online in 2013. Jamie clerked for the Marion County District Attorney and the Oregon Law Office of Coughlin, Leuenberger, Moon, and Rohner. She received her B.A. from Lewis and Clark College in 2011 and is licensed to practice law in Idaho and the United States District Court, District of Idaho.
