Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce attorney Christian Moak has joined the firm. Christian will be a member of the Workers’ Compensation and Litigation practice areas.
Prior to joining Hawley Troxell, Christian ran a successful solo practice, providing outside general counsel services to local startups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. In addition to his transactional experience, Christian also brings considerable litigation experience to the firm, having managed a substantial case load in his two years with a County Prosecutor’s office and having advised clients on corporate litigation strategy and dispute resolution as an associate with a private law firm in Oregon.
Christian earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University.
When not serving clients and the legal community, Christian has been serving our country as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in the Idaho Air National Guard since May of 2020. Christian is also an active backpacker, skier, and rock climber.
