Hawley Troxell is pleased to announce that attorneys Erin Hanson and Sheldon Eilers have
joined the firm’s Boise office.
Erin is an associate in the Litigation, Banking, and Insurance Practice Groups and
Sheldon is an associate in the Litigation and Workers’ Compensation Practice Groups.
Before joining Hawley Troxell, Erin was a Term Law Clerk for Judge Noah G. Hillen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Idaho, drafting legal decisions and preparing bench memoranda. During law school, Erin served as a Legal Intern in the Criminal Division of the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Judicial Extern for Chief District Judge David C. Nye in the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho, where she gained experience drafting briefs and researching legal issues related to dispositive civil and criminal motions. Erin is a 2021 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, where she graduated third in her class, received several CALI Awards, and served as Chief Symposium Editor of the Idaho Law Review.
Sheldon begain his legal career as an associate with a large Montana-based firm, gaining valuable experience in areas such as entity formation and business reorganizations, drafting non-disclosure and access license agreements, and preparing answers, discovery requests, motions, and other pleadings throughout each phas of the litigation process. He is a 2023 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law. During law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mary Jane Knisely of the 13th Judicial District Court of Montana.
