Sheila Rank is a Paralegal in the firm’s Litigation practice group in Yakima. With nearly 30 years of legal experience in total, including 18+ years with the Yakima County Clerk’s Office, four of which were spent serving as the Chief Deputy Clerk, Sheila possesses a comprehensive familiarity of the litigation process from start to finish. She has worked with Washington’s Superior, District, Municipal, and Supreme Courts, as well as all three divisions of the state’s Appellate courts.
In addition to her substantial administrative support capabilities, Sheila also conducts legal research, assists with drafting and reviewing various legal documents, and monitors both court decisions and current legislation to ensure ongoing compliance with changing laws, policies, and procedures.
