Biography

Kathy Royster is a paralegal in the Litigation practice group. With more than 40 years of experience in the legal field, she provides paralegal support in drafting correspondence and pleadings for litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Ms. Royster specializes in litigation on behalf of lending and financial institutions including bankruptcy, non-judicial foreclosures, and collection actions. She also has significant experience involving mechanics liens, judicial foreclosures, and defense of bankruptcy preference actions. Ms. Royster’s responsibilities include trial preparation and assistance, preparing responses to discovery, correspondence, and client status reports.
