Biography

Jody McCormick is a real estate and banking lawyer. Her clients include financial and lending institutions, creditors, real estate owners and developers, and business owners.

Jody’s real estate practice involves leasing, purchase and sale agreements, seller financing transactions and condominium creation. Jody’s banking practice involves lending, commercial loan documentation, loan workouts, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, and other collection remedies.
