ReadElliot Ergeson works primarily in Hawley Troxell’s Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. Elliot earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and then attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. During law school, Elliot was a staff member and Senior Articles Editor for the Minnesota Law Review and served as a board member for the American Constitution Society.
Elliot has experience handling contract & real estate disputes, trust & estate disputes, consumer protection act claims, and landlord-tenant matters. He has advised municipal housing authorities, handled public record requests on behalf of school districts, and drafted lease agreements for both residential and agricultural clients.
