Biography

Dave Knutson’s practice incorporates a wide range of business and personal law, most of which involves some aspect of tax planning.

Dave counsels clients on business formation and operations, reorganizations, mergers, acquisition and sales of professional service entities, and estate tax planning. As one of the few attorneys in the Spokane area specializing in probate law, Dave assists clients with the administration of probates and trusts, draws up TEDRA agreements and handles complex 1031 exchanges. He also advises clients in the creation and qualification of nonprofit corporations and counsels corporate boards on governance and operational issues. Dave has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with their highest peer review rating of AV Preeminent.
