Biography

Dan Gibbon’s practice focuses on municipal law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and general business and corporate matters. Clients served include cities, towns, banks, credit unions, lenders, privately-held businesses and business owners. Dan has extensive experience in representing creditors in bankruptcy, and has also represented debtors, trustees, and unsecured creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases. In addition, Dan handles non-bankruptcy workouts, foreclosures, and receiverships; and represents buyers and seller of businesses; and corporations in general corporate matters.
