Hawley Troxell has an immediate opening for a Southern Operations Coordinator in our Boise office. This position will oversee the activities, production, and schedule of assigned office services staff and maintain efficient and smooth operations of all southern office locations.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong supervisory and leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of operations policies and practices. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Two years of related experience is required.
