Biography

Stephanie Shutes is a paralegal in the firm’s Pocatello office with over 20 years of legal experience in litigation support and case management. She has experience in insurance coverage, workers compensation, medical and legal malpractice, and general complex litigation. She also prepares settlement documentation at the conclusion of workers compensation and other matters.

Ms. Shutes provides support through all phases of litigation, including document management and data organization (including electronically stored information/data); preparing discovery requests and responses; reviewing discovery responses; analyzing medical records for discovery purposes for depositions, hearings, and medical chronologies; preparing exhibits for Industrial Commission depositions, hearings, and mediations; assisting in the preparation and filing of briefs; and preparing for and assisting at hearings and trial.
