Shelley Davis is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. She brings fourteen years of experience in water, natural resource, construction, general litigation, administrative, local government, gaming and elections law to her practice. Shelley has participated in numerous state and federal rulemaking processes including negotiations with government agencies, NGOs, tribes and corporations, including drafting formal comments.
Shelley has extensive experience with all aspects of case development through
trial including preparing expert witnesses, fact witnesses, and client depositions, preparation of trial exhibits, jury instructions, participation as trial counsel, and preparation of post-trial briefing. She has prepared and argued discovery and dispositive motions in a variety of civil litigation matters.
During law school, Shelley was a law clerk intern for Judge Mikel Williams of the United States District Court and post-graduation she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Juneal Kerrick of the Canyon County District Court
