Sean Lewis is a member of the firm’s patent and intellectual property and internet groups. With more than 15 years of experience as in-house and outside patent counsel in Silicon Valley, Mr. Lewis assists companies of all sizes nationally and internationally. His practice includes the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent and trademark applications, technology and patent licensing, authoring opinion letters, managing invention review committees, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions.
His technical experience is quite diverse, and involves a thorough understanding of standalone and cloud-based computing systems, local and remote storage, microprocessors and memory architecture, semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, and medical devices.
Mr. Lewis is licensed to practice in California and before the USPTO.
