Joshua O’Hare is an associate in the firm’s insurance and litigation law practice groups. He joins the firm with experience in bankruptcy, civil disputes, landlord tenant, and family law. His practice experience crosses all areas of civil litigation including complicated property disputes and creditor’s rights.
While attending J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, Joshua served as managing editor, senior editor, and historian of the BYU Law Review, member of the Government and Politics Legal Society and Federalist Society, and participant in Trial Advocacy. He also worked as a law clerk for the Provo City Attorney’s Office.
In his spare time, Joshua enjoys reading, cooking, riding his motorcycle, hiking, and watching films. He volunteered for the ATD Fourth World, where he helped people in extreme poverty develop skills and strategies to better themselves in New York.
