Jon L. Seitz serves as general counsel to a number of public and private entities located throughout eastern Washington, including school districts, housing authorities, real estate management companies, and other businesses.
Jon counsels and represents clients on a wide swath of legal issues, including employee wages and benefits, employee discipline or discharge, workplace harassment, discrimination, accommodation, student discipline and records, public records, and disclosure, open public meetings, privacy rights, collective bargaining agreement grievances and arbitration, unfair labor practices, public works, procurement, contracting, public housing programs and administration, and landlord evictions.

Lyle School District No. 406 v. Brenda Sorensen, Klickitat County Auditor, Klickitat County Superior Court, Case No. 12-2-00190-7 (obtained injunction for school district to prevent county auditor from reporting and certifying the results of a special election levy that was illegally placed on election ballot)
