Dana has over 25 years of experience covering all aspects of environmental law, public land law, water rights and real property. Her natural resources based legal practice has included all three governmental branches: administrative, legislative, and judicial. She has pursued permit approvals and has defended enforcement actions at key state and federal regulatory agencies. Dana has worked both with the Idaho Legislature and with congressional staff on legislative matters. She has also both defended and prosecuted cases in state and federal courts and has undertaken significant appellate work.
