Colleen R. Smith is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group and specializes in commercial litigation. She has experience advising clients on complex civil matters at all stages of litigation including defending clients against class action suits and in multidistrict litigation. Colleen is licensed to practice law in Idaho, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Colleen Smith graduated first in her class from William & Mary Law School. During law school, Colleen was Symposium Editor of the William & Mary Law Review and Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
Originally from Boise, Colleen received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Mathematics from The College of Idaho, where she received multiple awards and recognitions as a distinguished scholar and athlete, and served as student body president.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending with her family, exploring the outdoors, baking and cycling.
