Biography

Colleen Proctor is a paralegal in the firm’s Business and Real Estate practice groups. She has more than 25 years of legal experience and expertise in real estate law and corporate real estate. Colleen has significant experience in real estate portfolio asset management and lease administration, contract review and negotiation, including complex lease negotiation and document drafting, project management, facilities management, corporate governance, finance and financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property.
