If Only I Had Known: A Legal Seminar for Small Businesses

Sometimes “you do not know what you do not know”, and it is the missing information that can get you or your business into trouble. That’s why your Zions Bank Business Resource Center is teaming up with the Hawley Troxell law firm to offer a small business legal forum. Experienced attorneys with different areas of expertise will be sharing their tips and perspectives to help established small business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs learn best practices to avoid common pitfalls. Topics include Limited Liability Companies, “Brick and Mortar” issues, and Intellectual Property Protection.

Note: Event is a three hour workshop with a light lunch included
